Austin, TX, 78746 – Our Huckleberry project in the Lost Creek area was a complex transformation designed to grow the home to meet the needs of this busy family, and elevate the home’s overall aesthetic. 

The scope included two first-floor additions, a new second-story addition, a refreshed exterior, and a raised entry bringing both function and curb appeal; altogether creating a more modern, cohesive form and feel to the home.

Inside, the home was reworked to feel brighter, more open, and more connected. New wide-plank flooring, updated lighting, and clean architectural lines create a bright and spacious ambiance, while thoughtful details like the revitalized living area and raising the ceiling at the home entry make the main floor feel welcoming and effortless for everyday life as well as entertaining.

Upstairs, a new second-floor game room adds the perfect family hangout for ping pong, movie nights, sleepover parties, or simply relaxing with a book and a view. On the first floor, the primary suite was expanded for comfort and flow, featuring an elegant new primary bath with large walk-in shower for the parents, and a former funky jack and jill arrangement was converted (with the help of a small bump out addition) to two new bathrooms for the kids, each finished with durable, timeless selections and standout tilework that brings personality without sacrificing practicality.
