This complete home transformation started when meeting our clients to see the home and sketches of their dreams to align their home of 20 years with their family needs, along with a complete aesthetic upgrade and patio conversion to create a larger dining area. The most significant changes included adding a beautiful new foyer attached to a home office, converting a bedroom and hallway to a laundry/mudroom with garage entrance, custom shelving and cabinetry, coat area, closing off a den for a bedroom, converting existing laundry area into a large walk in pantry with cabinetry and shelving, expanding the kids bathroom and complete renovation of the master bath, and adding a powder room where there had previously been a wall nook and under stair storage area. It is amazing the functionality that can be added within an existing space, and the spacious feel from converting the patio to an interior space.
