Just for our friends in real estate, we are offering a Referral Reward (between 1 and 3% of contract price) for signed construction contracts referred by you!

1% for Home Remodeling, 2% for Home Addition, 3% for New Home Construction
Minimum contract amount is $100,000 (minimum referral reward is $1000)
Your client will receive a ballpark pricing proposal within 2 weeks (or less) of an onsite visit
We make it easy for your clients to upgrade their home or build new - with our turnkey service model we provide everything needed (Design, Engineering, Permit and Construction) for their home remodel, home addition, or custom home.
Is your client looking for firm pricing for a large project? We can also provide Pre-Construction Services which include preliminary design, scoping and budgeting.
