Austin, TX, 78757 - This newly married couple came to us looking for a dramatic change in form and function, two key goals were to expand the kitchen and to enlarge the master bath, without altering the home footprint. TRS was able to achieve these goals by moving an AC unit from a closet at the kitchen entry to the attic, and better take advantage of the existing space by removing a hallway from the kitchen area into the master suite for the parger bath. 

The result? A gorgeous new primary suite with a wet room style bathroom, and a guest bathroom in a similar theme to the primary bath.
