Country Club - Bathroom Remodel - Georgetown
Goegetown, TX, 78628 - Major Renovation of 1970's Georgetown home.
Who doesn’t love a complete transformation? This 1970’s Georgetown home, with all original finishes, underwent a complete transformation with the new homeowners.
For the bathroom remodels, the guest bath and master bath both are featuring a wall of 1970’s era inspired 3-dimensional floral tile. For the primary bath, a “walk in the woods” theme went from 2 large closets and a small shower to one shared walk-in closet, rustic oak linen cabinets for additional personal storage, a large frameless rustic oak vanity, a large walk in shower and freestanding tub with a view to the backyard.
The guest bath includes all the amenities for aging in place includin non-stick floors, no-curb for the walk in shower, and stategically placed grab bars for safety. An additional door was added from the batroom to the adjoining bedroom, creating a full mother-in-law suite.
The powder room recieved a complete makeover as well, and a door was added from the powder room to the back porch, enabling guest access when entertaining outdoors.
The laundry room adjoining the powder bath also recieved a major upgrade to a mudroom style space with laundry and utility (dog bath) tub.
Altogether, each room is creatively aligned with the eclectic themes throughout the home and optimized for functionality!
