We provide full turnkey services—from design and budgeting through permitting and construction—so homeowners can move through the process with clarity, confidence, and steady support.
If you are already working with an Architect or Designer, we seamlessly integrate into your team. We regularly collaborate with local design professionals to bring carefully crafted plans to life.
Our role in those partnerships includes:

- Bringing in Additional professional services needed to complete the project like Engineering Design and Permitting
- Construction management and execution

Finance Specialist
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers, Rosmary ensures the financial health and accuracy of our operations. She is responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, and strategic planning, as well as communicating project financials to clients to ensure transparency and trust. Rosmary brings more than 10 years of experience and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of her role.
JENNY MACHADO
Senior Project Designer
Our clients know Jenny most through their design experience. She helps clients envision their new construction and home improvements by providing floor plans, renderings, and advice on how to best align the physical transformation with their project goals. As a Senior Project Designer, Jenny also works with the team to ensure that construction is done per design, and oversees procurement of finish items. Jenny can frequently be caught sneaking a snuggle with our client's pets, and her positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking make her an effective and beloved part of the TRS team.
MARY TOVAR
Client Services Director
Some clients never meet Mary in person, but she is usually the first one they speak with when inquiring about working with us, and their main point of contact throughout construction. Mary provides regular client communications and fields a variety of client questions throughout the project. Mary also manages warranty items and will be the friendly voice clients speak with should they have any questions that come up during the warranty period. We are proud to have Mary as our first point of contact with our clients. Her professionalism and dedication to client experience are evident in all of her client communications.
SHANIKO DIAZ
Operations and Finance
With an MBA and over three decades of experience in operations, finance, and business management, Shaniko provides direction to TRS Project Managers and Finance Team and can often be seen on site checking on work and providing guidance and support to field staff. Shaniko’s passion and enthusiasm for design and construction are a centerpiece of the culture at TRS Build.
ANNEMARIE DIAZ, UDCP
Development and Engagement
Annemarie oversees project development and provides direction for internal process development aimed at continuous improvement in product and service delivery. Annemarie is a licensed REALTOR(R) and Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP), and has a heart for improving the lives of homeowners and their families by improving their homes.
